Refund Policy - the basics

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

All services provided by XIXNoir are custom and tailored to each client’s project. Because of this personalized nature, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Cancellations

If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a refund of your deposit, less any administrative or processing fees.
Once design work has started, payments made are non-refundable.

Revisions & Credits

If adjustments are needed, project credits or revisions may be offered at our discretion.
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may be subject to extra fees.

Digital Products

If applicable, all sales of digital products (guides, templates, downloads) are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery.

Rush Fees & Third-Party Costs

Rush fees, platform fees, or third-party expenses (such as printing, software, or consultants) are non-refundable under all circumstances.
